It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jadwiga Kaczówka of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mieczysław Cherubin and Władysława Cherubin (Grzejka); her brother Tadeusz Cherubin; her sister-in-law Genowefa Cherubin; her niece Ewa Klisiewicz (Cherubin); and her brother-in-law Eugeniusz Zółtko.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Gene" Kaczówka; her daughters, Michelle Maria Kaczówka and Catherine Isabelle Kaczówka of Chelmsford; her siblings, Anna Zółtko (Cherubin) of Methuen and Michael Cherubin; and her sister-in-law Olimpia Cherubin of Haverhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jadwiga's memory to Holy Trinity Polish Church, 340 High St, Lowell, MA 01852.
