We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 89, Gilda Couvée of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Winchester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Buccella and Josephine Buccella; her husband Herbert Couvée of Bedford, MA.; her sister Anne Tomasi; and her sister-in-law Louise Albano.

She is survived by: her children, Paul (Andrea Couvée) of Bedford, Neil (Sandy Couvée) of Bedford and Annelouise (Eric Schmitt) of Deerfield, NH.; her grandchildren, Hank Couvée, Mary Couvée, Ben Couvée and Greta Schmitt; her brother-in-law Cosmo Albano of Woburn; her niece Gina Diamante; and her nephew Eric Tomasi.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gilda's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472 or the First Church of Christ Congregational, 25 Great Road Bedford, MA 01730.
