He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Edwards and Lula May Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Dodge, Crystal, Melinda Crabtree, Kristen Harrell and George Preston Edwards Jr. George; and his close friend Carmen Joubert. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many siblings, numerous friends, and his former wife.
