He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Dudek and Mary Dudek; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Kathleen Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Paul (Melissa), Leigh Ann (Ian O'Connor), John of Boston, MA and William of Chelmsford, MA; and his siblings, Lee (Donna Dudek), Walter (JoAnn Dudek), Brian (Beth Dudek) and Lisa (James Vickers). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and many relatives.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral is private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary's name can be made to Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Melanoma, 55 Fruit St. Boston, Mass. 02114.
