He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Louise (Sullivan); and his parents, Francis McManus and Florence McManus (Bowler). He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Marie Loftus of Newton, Kathleen Sementelli (Dominic) of Chelmsford, Mary Ellen Nagle of Chelmsford, Maureen Gray (Christopher) of Atkinson, NH and Carolyn Quinn (Chuck) of Chelmsford; his grandchildren, John, Ryan, Deirdre Loftus, Danielle Van Gelder (Joe), Julia McGary (Brennan), Meghan Sementelli, Brian, Kaitlyn, Shannon Nagle, James Gray (Shannon), Matthew, Jack Gray, Liam, Dillan and Shane Quinn; his great grandchildren, Ellie Ann, Tyler Van Gelder and Reese Gray; and his sister-in-law Alice Hart of Andover, MA..

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Parish (25 North Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to St. John's Prep in Shrewsbury, MA.
