She was predeceased by: her husband Martin J. O'Hara, Jr.; and her sisters, Esther Horan, Margaret Drane, Veronica Hebert, Frances Lemire, Patricia Sullivan, Barbara Nyder and Elizabeth Ready.
She is survived by: her children, Martin O'Hara of Chelmsford, MA, Sean O'Hara (Patricia) of Nahant, MA, Ellen O'Hara of Chelmsford, MA, Patricia Dalimata of West Glacier, Montana and Colleen (Michael Clohisy) of Dracut, MA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
