He was predeceased by: his sister Paulyne Avery (Shore); his brother-in-law John Avery Jr.; his parents-in-law, Edgar J. Auger and Grace C. Auger; and his sister-in-law Gertrude Auger.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline (Auger); his children, Darlene LeTendre (William D.) of North Chelmsford, Debra Walters (Nate Roper) of Westford, Donald E. Shore (Theresa) of Chelmsford, David A. Shore (Michele) of Epping, NH and Douglas L. Shore (Crystal) of Bow, NH; and his siblings-in-law, Edgar L. Auger (Diane) of Floral City, FL and Doris Guilmette of Nashua, NH.. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, his seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
