Higgins (Julie Shokum) of Chelmsford, MA and Timothy T. Higgins (Valerie Higgins) of Lowell, MA; and his sister Nancy Gillick of Chelmsford, MA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
