She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Kyle, Matthew, Patrick Wilkins, Cory Van Auken (Amanda) of Asheville, NC and Addison Waters (Oliver) of Asheville, NC..

She is survived by: her husband Bruce A. Van Auken; her children, Jeffrey Van Auken (Elisa) of Littleton and Lisa Wilkins (Raymond) of Chelmsford; and her brothers, Kenneth Richard Wunschel Jr. of Graniteville, RI, David Wunschel of Hampstead, NH and Donald Wunschel (Jacqueline) of Bass River. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that you donate to Boston Children's Hospital 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115.
