He is survived by: his daughter Joanna Evangelista (James) of Tewksbury; his sister Carol Mahoney (Kevin) of Chelmsford; his stepchildren, Lindsay Descheneaux and Paul Descheneaux; his grandchildren, Seanna Lemos (Matthew) of Tyngsboro, Nicolette and Cole Evangelista; and his great grandchildren, Elena and Ella Lemos. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
