He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merlin Evans and Agnes Evans; his siblings, Linda Ward (Evans) and Keith Ward; his wife Pat; his children, John Evans, Megan Pantuliano, Owen Evans and Huw Evans; his grandchildren, Carys Evans and Zachary Evans; and his children-in-law, Amy Evans (Grelle) and Edmund Pantuliano.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages a donation to the Lowell General Hospital, in recognition of the kind and supportive care given to David.
