He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel O'Neil and Rita O'Neil (Bird); his wife Carolyn F. O'Neil (Dion); his children, Kevin M. O'Neil (Audrey) of Rye Brook, Stephen D. O'Neil (Ashley) of Worcester and Kathleen M. O'Neil of Worcester; his sisters, Audrey Mello of Taunton and Donna Wood of Middleboro; his grandchildren, Kyle, Daniel, Aidan and Finn O'Neil; and his brother Robert O. He was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
