He is survived by: his spouse Ivy D'Souza (Fernandes); his son Christopher D'Souza of Chelmsford; and his siblings, Clarence D'Souza (Joan) of Natick, Crescentia Braganza (Cyril), Billerica and Celine Martin of Methuen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
