Gallagher of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Gallagher and Elizabeth Gallagher (Barrows). He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Boisvert of Chelmsford; his sister Mary E. Lukas; his brother-in-law Peter Wetherbee of Chelmsford; his sisters, Margaret A. Dorr of Dracut and Anne Gallagher of Chelmsford; and his sister-in-law Vera Gallagher (Quinlan) of Lowell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
