It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles F. Gallagher of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Gallagher and Elizabeth Gallagher (Barrows). He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Boisvert of Chelmsford; his sister Mary E. Lukas; his brother-in-law Peter Wetherbee of Chelmsford; his sisters, Margaret A. Dorr of Dracut and Anne Gallagher of Chelmsford; and his sister-in-law Vera Gallagher (Quinlan) of Lowell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
