He is survived by: his wife Paige; his children, Elizabeth (Michelle MacDonald) and Thomas "Ty"; his wife Bela Cardoso; his daughters, Sarah and Paige Quinn; his stepchildren, Daven (Ben Ering) and Briton Luhmann; his grandchildren, Noah, Benjamin, Richard, Hyla, Austin, Zachary, Jackson and Hannah; and his sister Nancy Temple (Dick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
