Rosemary Tavalone Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Tavalone of Chatham, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Nat Tavalone; her parents, Dr. Joseph Murphy and Margaret Murphy; and her siblings, Joseph Murphy, Sheila McLaughlin (Brian), Daniel Murphy and Thomas Murphy.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Elizabeth) of Dedham, Paul (Sabrina) of Chatham and David (Kelly) of Westwood; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Laura, Matthew, James, Chance and Hunter; her siblings, Kevin Murphy (Mary), Brenda Caggiano and Brian Murphy (Pat); and her close friend Bill Harney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holden, Dunn & Lawler Funeral Home (55 High Rock St, Westwood, MA 02090). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (845 High St, Westwood, MA 02090).
