He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Garr, Thomas Garr, Phyllis Wilkerson and Mary Banks; and his parents, David Craig Garr Sr. and Marguerite Winona Garr (Slocum).
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Talbert (Bret) of Charlton, MA, Patricia Blanchette (Keith) of Charlton, MA, Nicole Lopez (Gian Carlos) of Worcester, MA and Brooke Boudreau of Webster, MA; his grandchildren, Philip, Summer, Jaxon, Shelby, Kobe, Kasey, Jeremiah, Taylor, Foster, Brady, Paige, Jacob, Dylan, Dannyelle and Sebastian; and his brother David C. Garr. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.
This will be an outdoor gathering and social distancing will be part of the protocol.
