It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley S. Splaine of Charlton, Massachusetts, born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Roland Trahan and Lucille Blood; and her parents, George Trahan and Genevieve Trahan (Wetnicka). She is survived by: her husband Ronald F. Splaine; her children, Suzanne Splaine of Bath, ME, Ronald Splaine, Jr. (Jessica) of Derry, NH and Chad Splaine (Michelle) of Southbridge; her siblings, George Trahan, Jr. of Arizona, Jeannette Lizotte of Texas, Carol Sullivan of Dudley, Marie Paine of Southbridge and Patricia Matte of Southbridge; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Splaine, Rebecca Giarratano, Brandon Giarratano and Cody Splaine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
