She was predeceased by: her father Remo Tarquinio. She is survived by: her husband James D. Haney; her children, Brian Lariviere of Charlton and Amanda Lariviere of Dudley; her mother Annetta Tarquinio (Confalone) of Southbridge; her stepsons, Matthew Haney (Kristen) of Fort Mills, SC and Bryan Haney of Charlotte, NC; her siblings, Anna Bowen (John) of Falmouth, Dino Tarquinio (Angela) of Southbridge and Franco Tarquinio (Sherrie) of Hubbardston; her grandchildren, Leo Lariviere, Sophia Lariviere, Orion Haney and Lola Haney; and her nieces and nephews, Nico Tarquinio, Andre Tarquinio, Isabella Bowen, Dario Tarquinio and Gianna Tarquinio.
Rita was a great lover of animals and the family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Second Chance Animal Shelter, 11 Young Rd., East Brookfield, MA 01515.
