He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kitchen and Charlotte Kitchen (Harrington). He is survived by: his wife Helen Kitchen (Mello); his children, Richard Kitchen (Jennifer) of Wading River, NY, Julie Rein (Shane) of Bridgewater and Kelly Blackburn (Ryan) of Swansea; his brothers, Michael, Gerald and Patrick Kitchen; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Matthew, Michael, Grayce, Emerson, Brady, Charlotte, Ryan and Vivienne.
