He was predeceased by: his uncle Jerry Jenkins; his grandparents, Charles, Marie Jenkins, Ted and Betty Gorczynski; and his uncle Steven Gorczynski.
He is survived by: his parents, John A. and Margo A. Gorczynski (Jenkins) of Dudley; his brother Steven J. Gorczynski of Avon, Colorado; his significant other Carlee Davis; his partner's son Joseph Mancini of Charlton; his pets, Kali, Hades, Nemo, Bowie, Fizz, ZigZag and Mojo; and his friend Dave Schultz.
