She was predeceased by: her sister Crystal Easterly; and her stepfather Michael Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Perry of Charlton, MA and Bonnie Smith (Merritt) of Wales; her daughter Kacie Mundell; her son-in-law Jordan Brewington; her son Caleb Carney; her brother Kyle Perry (Clinton); her nephew Austin Easterly; her half-brother Billy Perry; and her grandfather Jimmy Merritt (Lenora).

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to her daughter to help cover the funeral costs.
