Neely (Jennifer) of Southbridge, Shaleena Duval (Ernest) of Poplarville, MS, Jill Derry of Moosup, CT and Christina Thrasher (James) of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Randy Neely (Ann) of Seattle, WA, Laurie Hughey (Frank) of Colorado Springs, CO, Terry Pottinger (Jeff) of Virginia Beach, VA and Patricia Neely of Gainesville, GA; and his parents, Edgar R. Jr and Anne L. Neely, Jr. (Frank). He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
