She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John Bassan (Weiling) of Charlton, Susan Boyle (Tom) of Oxford, Gail (Charles McConnell), Debra Bassan of Spencer and Kathleen McQuade (Bob) of Arizona; her sister Bonnie Washburn (John) of Sutton; her sister-in-law Carolyn Milligan of Oxford; her siblings, Harry Milligan, Jr., Lois Boyce and Gloria Milligan; and her parents, Harry Milligan and Laura Milligan (Rowe). She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
