He was predeceased by: his parents, Filippo Festa and Teresa Festa (Pandiscia). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sciretta Festa; his children, Anne Marie Homan (Jeffrey) of Halifax and Jerry Phillip Festa (Lisa) of Ashland; his granddaughter Nicole Marie Festa; his niece Diane Ryan; and his nephew Ron Piccioli.
