We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2023, at the age of 79, George D. Smith (Charlton, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Smith (Blash); his daughter Marie Smith Healy; and his parents, Elmer Smith and Ida Smith (Shore). He is survived by: his children, George D. Smith, Jr. of Charlton, Brian K. Smith of Charlton and Georgina "Gina" Gardner (Michael) of Charlton; his grandchildren, Chelsea Ferguson, Christopher Healy, Zachary Gardner, Alexis Peden, Marissa Lamontagne, Austin Healy, Amanda Smith, Nathan Healy, Katelyn Smith, George Smith and Adelynn Smith; and his brother Bruce Smith (Nancy) of Grafton, MA.. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
