Forkey (Barbara) of Yuba City, CA, Gail Meredith of Sherman, ME, Kathleen Meyerdierks of Crystal, ME and Thomas Forkey; and her parents, Louis Harris and Bessie Harris (Sargent). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
