He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger E. Fell and Barbara A. Fell (Foss); and his brother Richard Cyr. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Kelley (Daniel) of Little Compton, RI, Cheryl Fell Dore of Westport, Nancy Moniz (John) and Sandra Cabral (John Medeiros) of Fall River. He is also survived by six nephews, two nieces; seven great nephews and four great nieces.
