He was predeceased by: his wife Ophelia Worthington (Trigona); his parents, Ralph Wothington and Dorothy Wothington (Suter); and his sister Barbara Johnson (Worthington). He is also survived by nephew, two nieces, five great nephews, a great niece and 4 great great nephews and niece.
The family extends its gratitude to the dedicated Overlook core staff who selflessly worked to make Mr. Worthington's life a little bit better throughout the Covid Pandemic and in his final days.
