With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beatrice C. Ferreira in Charlton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Ferreira; her parents, Manuel C. Mello and Mary C. Mello (Medeiros); her children, David Ferreira and Beatrice Barreto; and her siblings, John Mello, Manuel Mello, Jesuino Mello, Agnes Monroe and Mary Mello.
She is survived by: her sons, John J. Ferreira and Lawrence J. Ferreira. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oliveira Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Service (2064 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02724). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Madeleine's Church (35 Lake Rd, Tiverton, RI 02878).
