Anita E. Dufour Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita E. Dufour in Charlton, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anita E. Dufour to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roger P. Dufour, Sr.; her daughters, Anne Louise Attar and Claire Forczyk; her grandson Nicholas M. Forczyk; her siblings, Hedwidge Dansereau, Charlotte Kuczinski and Lorraine Gordon; and her parents, Alfred Thibault and Marie Louise Thibault (Proulx).
She is survived by: her son Roger P. Dufour (Patricia); her sons-in-law, Henry Attar and Stephen Forczyk; her grandchildren, Peter Attar (Lianne), Katherine Attar (David Lipschutz), Marc Attar (Kirsten), Heather Dufour (John Pina), Jacqueline Mello (Cain), Jan Forczyk, Nathan Forczyk (Laura) and Jeremy Forczyk; her great grandchildren, Marcela, Robert, Samuel, Farah, Alex, Ezekiel, Elliana, Tyler, Korinne, Brady, Isabelle, Vito, Aurelia, Jude and Rosetta; and her great great grandchild Kario.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (1335 N Main St, Fall River, MA 02720). An entombment was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Notre Dame Cemetery (1540 Stafford Rd, Fall River, MA 02721).
