With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas J. McNicholas of Charlestown, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas J. left this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McNicholas of Kiltimagh and Margaret (O'Brien) of County Cork; his wife Margaret McNicholas (Shea); his son Thomas J. McNicholas; his sister Margaret Dilko; and his grandson Kieran J. Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Kelly (Kieran), Geraldine Murphy (Steven) and William McNicholas (Agatha); his grandchildren, Diana Ho (Joseph Ho) and Colin Murphy; and his great grandchild Liam Ho.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carr Funeral Home (220 Bunker Hill St, Charlestown, MA 02129). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (55 Warren St, Boston, MA 02129). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
