He was predeceased by: his parents, James Devine and Betty Devine (Stickney); his sisters, Cindy Napolitano and Cheryl Devine; and his brother-in-law Bobby Schievink (Susan).
He is survived by: his spouse Liane F. Devine (Schievink); his children, Sherri Russo (Pete), James Devine and Christine Devine (John Lessard); his grandchildren, Juliana Russo, Audrey Russo and Addison Lessard; his brother Robert Devine; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Schievink, Jack Schievink (Tracey Buckley) and Katie Mabardi (Mitch).
