With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E. Hart (Charlestown, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 21, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Hart, and George F. Hart, Jr.; and his sister Donna (George F. Hart, III). He is survived by: his parent-in-law Pat Ward; his wife Mary Hart (Ward); his daughters, Michelle of Malden and Kimberly (Dave Callinan) of Malden; and his siblings, Paula Hart (Michael Tibbetts), Dr. John Ward (Lori), Patrick (Marie), Kevin (late Marlena), Dr. Chris Loukiatis (Virginia), Jim, Regina, Trish (David Hopfenberg), Michael and Tom (Karina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers kindly make a memorial donation in Richie's name to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, 300 First Avenue, Charlestown, MA. 02129.
