He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke F. Biggins, Jr. and Rita B. Biggins (McLaughlin); and his brother Stephen Biggins. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Hanley (Paul), Ann Marie McLaughlin (Paul), Janet Hayes (Jim), Rita Sullivan (Kevin), Catherine Irvin (Billy), Paul Biggins, Patricia Mello, James "Jay" Biggins and Marianne McLaughlin; his aunt Frances "Pauline" McLaughlin; and his close friend Diane Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as, many grandnieces and grandnephews.
