She was predeceased by: her father Donald E. Sullivan; and her nephew Michael. She is survived by: her mother Mary C. Sullivan (Devlin); her significant other Timothy Countie; her siblings, Maureen Hayward, Nancy Sullivan (Richie Allen), Joseph Sullivan, Patricia Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan (Michelle Jackson); and her nieces and nephews, Alyson, Scott, Ryan, Colin and Mairin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
