He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Kelly; his grandchild Bryan McGonagle; and his sibling Marguerite "Tootsie" Young. He is survived by: his parent Laura Kelly (Snyder); his child Barbara "Barney" McGonagle; his husbands, Patrick and Kathleen Higgins; his friend Diane Barry; his grandchild Kaitlyn Kelly; his siblings, Helen McClung, Anne Castro, Mary Kelleher, John "Buddy" Kelly, Charlie Kelly, Billy Kelly, Jimmy Kelly, Paul Kelly and Tommy Kelly; and also, Francis "Kicker" Kelly (Maura), Nancy Kelly Wright, Kevin Kelly (Maureen), Maureen Kelly, Jane Kelly, Billy Cantin and Jill Moynihan (Danny). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
