McNeil of Charlestown, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Hanlon and Agnes E. Hanlon (O'Brien); her son Stephen C. McNeil; her grandchild Declan; and her sister Joan M. Farley.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Poliskey (Jerry), Joan Swift (Tim), Paula McEwen (Kevin) and Charles McNeil; her grandchildren, Chet (Gina), Jaimo, Kelly (Josh), Shawn, Jonathan, Michael (Lindsay), Lois (Chris), Kaitlyn, Pauline, Brighid, Niamh and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Ashlee, Sorcha, Giuliana, Sharleigh, Hanna, Oliver, Anderson, Adaline and Eleanor; her siblings, Mary "Mae" Prince and David Hanlon; her friend Clare Senna; and her pets, Minnie and Lucy. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
