He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his son Anthony; and his siblings, Angela, Peter, Theresa, Matthew, Josephine, Rosemary and Camillo.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Costa (Melissa), Darlene Nagle (Garrett) and Cheryl Sullivan (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Anthony Costa (Jessica), Chelsea Brennan (Tom), Gillian Costa (Christopher Popma), Ryan, Cameron Nagle, Tyler, Tarah Sullivan and Gus Costa; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Costa, Parker, Charles Brennan, Holly Nagle, Lacie Sullivan and Jace Kelley.
