Terri (Gillis) DiGiovanni Obituary
In loving memory of Terri (Gillis) DiGiovanni of Centerville, Massachusetts, who departed this world on January 1, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband Celestino A. "Tino" DiGiovanni; her parents, James J. Gillis and Grace F. Gillis (Powers); and her siblings, Grace Costa, James Gillis, John Gillis, Michael Gillis and William Gillis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcy Small (David) of Hyannis, Lisa Hallgren of Norton, Gina DiGiovanni (Brenda) of Mansfield and Maria Denekamp (Mark) of Norton; her grandchildren, Ryan Small, Tyler Small, Joseph Hallgren, Anthony Hallgren, Alison Denekamp and Jacob Hallgren; and her siblings, Patricia Willis, Rose Teixeira, Kathleen Genson, Richard Gillis, Robert Gillis and Charles Gillis. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and her loving dog.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home (55 N Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (330 Pratt St, Mansfield, MA 02048).
Those attending the services are encouraged to dress in Terri's favorite color of red and in lieu of flowers, donations in Terri's memory may be made to a local hospice organization.
