He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sheehan and Mary Sheehan (O'Neil); his wife Diane Seavey Sheehan (Buckley); and his sister Ann Curtin. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Sheehan of Plymouth, Laura France of Centerville and Tara Mannis (Brian) of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Jené Longobardi and Jeselle France; his siblings-in-law, Donna Pascucci and Carlton Carlson; and his friend Art Ryan. He is also survived by his twelve great-grandchildren as well as his niece and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of his adored wife Diane to Alzheimer's Association.
