He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiliano Diaz and Maria Josefa Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo; his children, Emil J. Diaz (Ruth) of Pepperell, MA and Maria L. Campbell (Kevin) of Carver, MA; his grandchildren, Joseph Diaz, Christopher Diaz (Ami), Kathryn Diaz, Elizabeth Campbell Eustace (Jason) and Tomás Campbell (Mary); his sister Asela Diaz Puente (Jose); and his nephew Jose Carlos Puente (Eva).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Saint Peter (86 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St Joseph Cemetery.
