He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Walsh and Mary Walsh; and his siblings, Mary McNulty and David Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughters, Jeanne Walsh of Hyannisport, Catherine Conley (Matthew) of Hyannisport, Kelly Skala (Mark) of Hyannis and Sally Walsh (Timothy) of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Matthew Lister of Hyannis, Kati Shanley (Ryan) of Plymouth, Jay Conley (Hannah) of Plymouth, Conor O'Brien of Hyannis, Griffin O'Brien of Southampton, NY, Ryan Walsh of Somerville and Hayley Walsh of Winter Garden, FL; his stepgrandson Daniel Skala of Charleston, SC; his great grandchild Maeve Marie Conley; and his sister Patricia Loschiavo of Sagamore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to establish the Edmund J. Walsh golf scholarship for caddies at the Hyannisport Club, 2 Irving Avenue, Hyannisport MA 02647.
