He is survived by: his wife Merrie Levenson; his children, Benjamin Levenson of Carbondale, CO and Emily Levenson of Carver; his siblings, Howard Rose Levenson of Albuquerque and Rosalie Levenson of Boston; and his nephew Matthew Levenson of Portland.
