He is survived by: his mother Linda Bishop; his stepfather Brian Sullivan of Carver, MA; his father Samuel Childress (Darlene) of Knoxville; his wife Kristy Bishop of Plymouth, MA; his grandchildren, Gabriel of Plymouth, MA, Krystle of Plymouth, MA and Octavia Burgess of Plymouth, MA; and his sisters, Amy Whiddon (Tom) of Sandwich, MA, Jennifer Pratt (Christopher) of Carver, MA and Lauren Childress of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
