He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Meenan and Elizabeth Meenan (Proctor Kinch); and his wife Mary G. Meenan (Ward). He is survived by: his children, David M. Meenan, D. O. (Carol) of Canton, Kathleen M. Spencer (John) of Weymouth and Deborah A. Picarski (John "Jay") of Raynham; his grandchildren, Sean P. Meenan of Canton, Timothy E. Kennedy, Technical Sergeant, Casey L. Eastman (Craig) of Attleboro, Jillian D. Piccuito (Kurt) of Pembroke, Julia F. Picarski of Raynham, Kristina M. Picarski of Raynham and Nicole M. Picarski of Raynham; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Bradaigh and Lydia; and his nephew Robert W. Meenan (Anne) of Carver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
