He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frey and Linda Frey (Lewis); and his son Scott J. Frey of Wareham. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Frey (Babcock) of Carver; his daughters, Kristen Szadis (Corey) of Middleboro and Cheryl Marchant (Paul) of Melrose; his daughter-in-law Kristen Donahue Frey of Wareham; his sons, David Frey (Jillian) of Bourne, William Frey (Ashley) of Buzzards Bay and Joseph Frey II (Pam) of Ipswich; and his sisters, Linda Rowlands of Arlington, VA and Helen Grover (Marty) of Hunt, NY.. He is also survived by 3 children, 23 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
