He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Shaw (Hawes); his parents, Ebenezer Shaw and Winifred F. (Shaw); and his siblings, Ebenezer "Al" Shaw, Jr. and Flora E. Wood.
He is survived by: his children, Priscilla S. Brough (William) of Fall River, Candace S. Andrews (Richard) of Rehoboth, Elizabeth A. "Lisa" Ricker (John) of Rehoboth, William M. Shaw (Vickie) and John P. Shaw (Claire) of West Yarmouth; his grandchildren, Sean, Priscilla, Patrick, Rebecca, Daniel, Mary, Brandon, Colin, Tristan, James, Michelle, Matthew, Ethan, David, Annalise, Jarrod, Amy and Brent; and his stepchildren, Stephen H. Rand (Christine) of Mont Vernon, NH and Jeanne F. Goff (Brian) of Riverside, RI.. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
