He is survived by: his brother Don Dunkers; his friends, Dave and Peggy Howes; his granddaughter Heidi; his friend Mike Parkes; his wife Karen Dunkers; his daughter Heather Pannell (Lawrence Pannell); his grandchildren, Justin and Anna; his daughter Heidi Lakita Dunkers; and his sisters, Diana Kleiner and Susan Carr. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
