She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jose Francisco Nunez and Jameson H. Jewett; her parents, Juan R. Morera and Ramona Vasquez Munoz; her daughters, Claudia Uyehara and Rosemarie Doucette; her grandson Kyle Doucette; and her siblings, Miguel Angel Morera, Matilde Morera and Wenceslao Morera.
She is survived by: her children, Angela, Paul Nunez (Aracely) of Center Barnstead, NH, Mary Cushman (W. Randall), Mario Nunez (Christine) of Standish, ME, John Daniel Nunez (Donna) of Bellingham, MA and Richard Nunez of Rochester, NH; and her siblings, Angelica Digna Morera and America Morera. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 10:15 AM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Irene Church (187 East St, Carlisle, MA 01741). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (2060 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton, MA 02135).
